1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Amp marketplace (ampplugins.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Amp's marketplace for personal, non-commercial transactional purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the marketplace
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers using the Amp marketplace agree to:
- Product Quality: Provide high-quality, functional products that perform as described
- Accurate Descriptions: Provide clear, honest, and complete descriptions of all products
- Security: Ensure all products are free of malware, viruses, and malicious code
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all products comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights
- Support: Provide reasonable support to customers who purchase their products
- Updates: Maintain and update products as necessary to ensure continued functionality
Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list products that are illegal, malicious, defamatory, obscene, or violate intellectual property rights. Amp reserves the right to remove any product that violates these terms.
4. Buyer Rights
All purchases on the Amp marketplace include the following protections:
- 30-Day Refund Guarantee: Buyers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the product does not meet the description or is non-functional
- Instant Download: Purchased products are available for immediate download upon successful payment
- Quality Assurance: Amp verifies all products meet minimum quality standards before listing
5. Payment & Commission Structure
The Amp marketplace operates on the following payment model:
- Platform Commission: Amp takes a 20% commission on each sale
- Seller Payout: Sellers receive 80% of the sale price
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe Connect
- Listing Fee: There is no fee to list products on the marketplace
- Payout Schedule: Sellers are paid on a weekly basis for completed transactions
Note: Payment amounts are calculated after refunds and chargebacks. Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.
6. Stripe Connect Integration
Payments on the Amp marketplace are processed via Stripe Connect. By selling or purchasing on our platform, you agree to Stripe's Connect Account Agreement and Privacy Policy. Amp does not store payment card information—all sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
7. Account Termination
Amp reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that:
- Violates the terms of this agreement
- Engages in fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Distributes malware or illegal content
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Engages in harassment or abusive behavior
- Is found to be operating multiple accounts to circumvent policies
Upon termination, the user will lose access to their account and any associated products or earnings may be forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Amp marketplace, including the platform design, logo, and branding, is the intellectual property of Amp or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Sellers retain ownership of their products but grant Amp a license to display, distribute, and sell their products through the marketplace. Sellers warrant that their products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
THE MATERIALS ON AMP'S INTERNET SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS. AMP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.
In no event shall Amp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Amp's marketplace, even if Amp or a Amp authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
10. Disputes & Refund Policy
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller:
- Buyers may submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase
- Sellers have the opportunity to respond to refund requests
- Amp will mediate disputes and make a final determination
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method
- For chargebacks, the seller may be responsible for chargeback fees
Repeated refund requests or chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
11. Modifications to Terms
Amp may revise these terms of service for its marketplace at any time without notice. By using this site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
